Camp Wilkin
Set just off The Great Ocean Road in Anglesea, Camp Wilkin covers a 15-acre area home to resident kangaroos, that is in easy reach of tranquil bushwalks and fantastic beaches.
Offering the best school camp accommodation in Victoria for large groups, Camp Wilkin can accommodate up to 163 students in 35 en-suite rooms. However, smaller groups of students are just as welcome.
As well as stunning Surfcoast surrounds, Camp Wilkin offers a variety of pre-bookable activity programs. Camp facilities also include large meeting rooms suitable for everything from presentations to group learning activities.
Mill Valley Ranch
Like Camp Wilkin, Mill Valley Ranch is one of the best school camps in Victoria for large groups of students.
In our authentic ranch setting in Tynong North, we can accommodate up to 100 students in ensuite accommodation. However, if necessary, Mill Valley Ranch can also accommodate up to 50 more students in our famous camping wagons.
At Mill Valley Ranch, activity programs typically centre on confidence and character building. When outdoors, this sees young people given the opportunity to experience everything from horseback riding to archery. However, it is also possible to organize a wide range of other team games and activities.
Halls Gap
Experience the thrill of some of the largest waterfalls in Victoria, by watching crystal clear water cascade over MacKenzie Falls in the Northern Grampians.
Set in the centre of Halls Gap, Halls Gap Baptist Centre caters for up to 56 students. Easily one of the best school camps in Victoria for natural sightseeing, activities take the form of student excursions to everything from abandoned mines to iconic cliffside viewing platforms.
Halls Gap Camp students can also participate in rock climbing and trekking of some of Victoria’s most awe-inspiring nature tails. However, many such excursions are made available by local tour providers, not camp staff.
Burnside Camp
Located on the Surf Coast near Anglesea and Camp Wilkin, Burnside Camp is set over 4-hectares of beautiful bushland close to pristine beaches.
Operating throughout the year, Burnside Camp serves as a fantastic base for groups of up to 88 students. Camp programs centre on predominantly outdoor adventure activities. These include everything from exciting zip line challenges to biking and canoeing.
Burnside Camp can also plan everything from exciting bush night hikes to group archery lessons.
